Family information or any personal information we provide must only be used for the reasons specified at the time of bookings. Once a booking has ended you must remove Local Organisers’ and families’ details from your database in line with GDPR legislation whereby personal data must not be kept for longer than the original use. Any future enquiries about families can be made directly to Monali Travel.
In some cases we may ask you to confirm the deletion/destruction of our data.
Family information or any personal information we provide must not be shared with any third parties other than those (Student’s parents, student’s schools members and agent related to the group) who need it for the purpose of arranging accommodation.
