What is the minimum number that consist of a group?

10-15 students are required to benefit from our unbeatable group rates however some exceptions are made for homestay accommodation so please always ask as we may be able to help you even if the number of participant is under the minimum required.

What is the minimum nights accepted with homestay accommodation?

We accept stays as short as 2 nights with no maximum. Just a couple of homestay centre accepts 1 night stay with a supplement. Ask us for more details.

How many students are placed per family?

Placement are in 2s, 3s or 4s, but it could be possible to provide placements in only 2s and 3s over the low season or if this is specified at the time of the request.

Do leaders or driver share the same house as the students?

We never place leaders in the same host family as the students unless this is specifically required or if a student shows certain difficulties and need a help of a teacher or a carer. The same goes for the driver who will always be placed in a single room or in a B&B depending on what you would advise us.

How the placement is made in Youth Hostel?

Whenever possible and for safety reasons, we place at least 1 adult on the same floor as the students’ rooms but this depends on availability at the time of the confirmation. We strongly recommend to send us your group breakdown or name list as soon as possible to put all our chances on our side to get this type of placement.

What is the leader ratio per students?

We always recommend 1 leader per 10 students. Some attractions may require this type of ratio to be able to gain entry.
